CPCWHS1001 – Construction White Card
CPCWHS1001 Prepare to work safely in the construction industry. Delivered by experienced trainers, this course aims to build safety awareness and confidence, helping participants work safely and meet the requirements to apply for their White Card through Service Tasmania within 60 days of completing the training.
A White Card is required to work in the construction industry at any level in Tasmania. This course delivers the mandatory work health and safety training needed before stepping onto a construction site. Participants will learn how to identify common construction hazards, understand basic risk control measures, follow safety procedures, respond to incidents and emergencies, and correctly select and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
Upon completion of the course, participants will receive a Statement of Attainment for the accredited unit.
Course Delivery
This course will be delivered through face-to-face training over a 5 hour period.
Location: 26 Elizabeth St, Launceston.
Course Fees
$120 per person.
