The Australian Government’s Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) Program offers free training in reading, writing, English language, maths and digital skills.

Would you like to get better at reading, writing, maths and digital skills? The SEE Program is here to help you – and it’s free!
You can start at your own level, learn at your own pace, and choose training based on your needs and goals. You can learn in the classroom, in the workplace or remotely.
SEE is Free!
• training is based on your future goals
• you can begin at your own level and learn at your own pace
• you can study full-time or part-time, up to 25 hours a week
• you can learn in a classroom, at home or in your workplace
• you can still care for your family or continue to look for work if you are looking for a job
• you may be able to do work experience.
Am I Eligible?
Eligibility for the SEE Program includes people who are:
Either:
- an Australian citizen or
- a permanent visa holder or
- on a provisional or temporary visa with working rights and eligible for the Adult Migrant English Program or
- a Pacific Australian Labour Mobility visa holder
And be:
- aged over 15 years and have left school and
- need help with their reading, writing, maths, English language or digital skills.

For Employers, Industry Associations and Unions
The SEE Program also provides the opportunity for employers, industry associations and unions to participate in the program to improve the skills of employees through workplace-based training.
- For employers, this flexible training can be tailored to meet the specific needs of your business and can be delivered directly to your employees in the workplace at a time convenient to you.
- For Industry Associations, this training can be delivered to the employees of your members and tailored to meet industry needs.
- For unions, this training can be delivered to your members and tailored to meet their specific needs.
