TLI11321 – Certificate I in Supply Chain Operations
This is a general qualification for those engaged in supply chain operations. It involves a broad range of skilled applications, including planning and preparing for work in a supply chain environment, working effectively with others, demonstrating care, and working safely.
This is an entry-level qualification for the supply chain environment. It involves the breadth, depth, and complexity of knowledge and skills required to prepare a person to perform a defined range of activities, most of which may be routine and predictable.
This qualification has 8 units, 4 core, 4 electives to complete. On completion, participants will be able to demonstrate the practical skills and knowledge regarding:
- Safe workplace practices and manual handling techniques
- Stock handling, receiving, dispatch and inventory tasks
- Supply chain communication and teamwork skills
