To get your certificate, you must be 16 years of age or older and attend an approved RSA course delivered by a registered training organisation. If you’ve been employed for less than three months, you must enrol in the course or actively participate in it to get your certificate within the first three months. This program is designed to equip participants with the basic knowledge, skills and confidence to communicate and interact with customers and colleagues effectively and professionally in hospitality environments.

Upon completion of this skill set, participants will receive a statement of attainment for a nationally recognised unit of competency that can be credited towards a Certificate II or III in Hospitality.
