Skill Sets

Responsible Serving of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate

If you are looking to work in a licensed venue in Tasmania and serve alcohol, you must have a Responsible Serving of Alcohol (RSA) certificate. To obtain this certificate, you must complete an approved RSA course. New employees must complete a course or be formally enrolled in a course within their first 3 months of employment.

To be eligible for a RSA course at a registered training organisation, you must be at least 16 years of age. BOOK NOW

Food Safety Supervision

This program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge to maintain impeccable food handling standards.
