The following community services qualifications are offered as workplace training so your employee can learn on the job at your workplace:

Certificate III in Individual Support

Certificate III in Individual Support reflects the role of workers in the community and/or residential setting who follow an individualised plan to provide person-centred support to people who may require support due to ageing, disability or some other reason.

Certificate IV in Ageing Support

Certificate IV in Ageing Support reflects the role of support workers who complete specialised tasks and functions in aged services; either in residential, home or community-based environments

Certificate IV in Community Services

Certificate IV in Community Services reflects the role of community service workers who design and deliver person-centred services to individuals and/or groups. Workers may provide support, advocacy or interventions to individual clients, groups or communities across a range of services.

Certificate IV in Disability

Certificate IV in Disability reflects the role of workers in a range of community settings and clients' homes, who provide training and support in a manner that empowers people with disabilities to achieve greater levels of independence, self-reliance, community participation and wellbeing.

Certificate IV Leisure and Health

Certificate IV in Leisure and Health reflects the role of workers participating in the design, implementation and evaluation of leisure, health activities and programs for clients in one or more sectors.

Diploma of Community Services

The Diploma of Community Services reflects the roles of community services, case management and social housing workers involved in managing, coordinating and/or delivering of person-centred services to individuals, groups and communities.
